Langan is seeking a Summer Web Development Intern to join its collaborative Information Technology team at its headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. This individual will serve a key function in providing support to the software development team with existing legacy applications. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn full stack development skills. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn and develop full stack development skills;
• Develop internal Langan web applications;
• Assist developer team with legacy applications;
• Provide assistance to system users by troubleshooting issues and working with developers to identify and correct inefficiencies;
• Performs other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Student actively pursuing a four year or advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field;
• Minimum GPA of 3.0;
• Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, ASP.NET, MVC, AJAX, Entity Framework and mobile development;
• Possess excellent problem solving skills and effective communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and in an applications development team;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
