AnnMarie Vigilante is a traffic engineering expert with over 27 years of experience in due diligence, highway/roadway design, wayfinding, parking, ADA accessibility, and transportation planning. She performs QA/QC on highway/roadway projects throughout the United States and on all projects prepared by our transportation groups in Pennsylvania and Texas. She has built her reputation as a trustworthy leader in the industry by directing major roadway projects across the country, developing traffic plans for large-scale stadiums and industrial, retail, residential, and corporate campuses, and providing expert testimony for complex engineering projects in Pennsylvania.

Vigilante supports multiple industry organizations in her roles as Director of Awards for the Delaware Valley Engineers Week Committee, a Director with the Engineers Club of Philadelphia, Secretary of the Charles Chrin Family Foundation, Chair of WTS Philadelphia Awards and Recognition Commitee and  Lehigh Valley PhilaLink Committee, Vice Chair of the ACEC/PA Land Development Committee, and member of CREW Lehigh Valley. AnnMarie is also a Past President of the ASCE Philadelphia Chapter and committee member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Transportation Committee. She co-wrote the latter’s Transportation Policy, which passed as official Chamber policy.
