Principal

AnnMarie Vigilante 26 years of extensive traffic engineering, parking, highway/roadway design, ADA and transportation planning experience. She has directed numerous projects involving major roadways throughout the northeast, created traffic plans for major stadiums, industrial, retail, residential and corporate developments, and has provided due diligence, wayfinding and ADA plans for various developments. She also is well versed in providing expert engineering testimony for many types of projects throughout Pennsylvania.

Vigilante is responsible for the QA/QC on all projects prepared by the traffic engineering staff in Pennsylvania and highway/roadway projects throughout the firm. She has a working knowledge of PennDOT’s ECMS system, the Pennsylvania Highway Occupancy Permitting processes, New Jersey Highway Access Code, New York Major Permit Review process and Delaware Entrance Permitting process.

AnnMarie Vigilante was honored by Lehigh Valley Business in its 2023 Power List for Construction and Real Estate. She was also named 2020’s Lehigh Valley Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Women of the Year, ASCE Philadelphia Section’s 2014 Transportation Engineer of the Year, and Lehigh Valley Business Journals 2014 Women of Influence. She is a Past President for the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers. She is also the Director of Awards for the Delaware Valley Engineers Week Council, Secretary for the Charles Chrin Family Foundation, Governor of the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, Co-Chair of the Women Transportation Seminar’s (WTS) PhilaLink Lehigh Valley Committee, member of ACEC Eastern Chapters Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Quality Committee, member of Lehigh Valley’s Commercial Real Estate Woman’s (CREW) Network and is a member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Transportation Committee, where she co-wrote the Chamber’s Transportation Policy which was passed as the official Chamber policy.
