Christopher Vitolano, PE, LEED AP
Chris Vitolano is a Principal in Langan’s New York City office where he is responsible for the site/civil engineering group.
He is a civil engineer with more than 20 years of site development experience in land use, entitlements, roadway and utility infrastructure, and floodplain compliance.
Vitolano brings value to projects by integrating the site design with geotechnical, environmental, traffic, and waterfront requirements. He has helped develop projects in residential, commercial, warehouse, and institutional sectors as well as public plazas and parks.
Vitolano is a member of technical committees responsible for updating the NYC Building Code and NYC DEP Stormwater Regulations. He is an adjunct professor in Columbia University’s Civil Engineering Department.
