Cory Lavoie is an environmental and natural resources practice leader who has helped expand Langan’s presence in the Western United States and Canada. With nearly 20 years of experience providing engineering solutions for energy, land development, and infrastructure projects, his expertise includes environmental due diligence and remediation, land use planning and permitting, environmental and waste regulatory compliance, and habitat restoration. Lavoie has managed multidisciplinary teams on numerous large-scale projects, and has extensive experience coordinating with local, state, and federal agencies. His mission is to help create practical and innovative solutions for his clients’ most pressing challenges, including his recent work permitting new energy infrastructure and managing PFAS-related business risks.
