Throughout Dan Babitz’s nearly 20-year career, he has advised hundreds of engineering/consulting firms on various financial issues, including internal ownership transition, mergers & acquisition (M&A), private company valuation, and key performance indicator benchmarking and analysis. At Langan, he leads all financial, planning and analysis projects and is part of the firm’s M&A committee.
