Elena Seelman has nearly 30 years of experience in environmental engineering and hazardous waste site characterization and remediation. Throughout her career, she has led complex projects including manufactured gas plants, electric generating stations and substations, brownfield sites, landfills, Superfund and CERCLA sites, dry cleaners, and other commercial and industrial facilities.
