Emily Mahoney has more than a decade of experience in site/civil engineering and land development, with a focus on sustainable design. She provides strategic oversight from early due diligence through permitting, design, and construction in a wide variety of markets, including data centers, industrial, commercial, residential, and healthcare.  

Mahoney leads complex efforts related to floodplain development, stream restoration, and scour protection throughout the U.S. and internationally. She works closely with regulators and project teams to navigate permitting within sensitive waterways and flood hazard areas to confirm that projects are both compliant and environmentally responsible.
