As a leader of Langan’s natural resources & permitting group, Greggory Woodruff is an expert on the complex regulatory and permitting processes in New Jersey. He specializes in sustainable design and urban redevelopment projects, with a focus on providing multidisciplinary solutions to environmental issues, stormwater management challenges, and urban design principles.
Woodruff has managed Langan’s work on multiple award-winning sustainable projects, including the 770 House Redevelopment Project in Hoboken, NJ. This project involved the design and construction of 7th & Jackson Resiliency Park, which was donated to the City of Hoboken upon completion.
Outside of Langan, Woodruff is actively engaged in various professional organizations. He has served on the board of directors for the ACE Mentor Program’s New Jersey Chapter and the executive committee for U.S. Green Building Council’s New Jersey Chapter, including a role as its Chair. He also sits on two committees that help organize the annual Greenbuild event, an international conference hosted by U.S. Green Building Council.
