Jason Hanna is experienced in performing comprehensive site assessments, characterization and remediation services. Hanna’s primary experience includes regulatory strategy and compliance, risk-based site characterization and corrective action, evaluation, design, construction, operation and maintenance of active and passive remediation systems; geological and hydrogeological subsurface investigations; brownfield redevelopment, ASTM Phase I and Phase II site assessments; storage tank system compliance, removal and closure; asbestos surveying and abatement; hazardous material surveying, characterization, management and disposal; facility decommissioning and environmental construction and oversight.

Hanna’s environmental experience includes various investigations and cleanups performed under Pennsylvania’s Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act (Act 2), Storage Tank and Spill Prevention Act, and Hazardous Site Cleanup Act, Ohio’s Voluntary Action Program, and U.S. EPA’s RCRA Corrective Action, CERCLA and TSCA programs.

Hanna has been expanding and managing Langan’s integrated services in support of energy projects in the Appalachian Basin and across the U.S. Energy sectors include oil and gas, power and renewable. His energy sector experience includes: facility siting, design, permitting and compliance services for upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas facilities, power projects, as well as renewable wind projects.
