Jeffrey Stoicescu has 30 years of engineering, permitting, and construction experience in a wide range of sectors including aviation, oil & gas, major and minor commercial developments, industrial improvements, and environmental cleanups for sites across the United States and around the world. His experience focuses on the geotechnical, environmental, and site/civil engineering aspects of projects, from due diligence through detailed design, program management, construction, commissioning, and post-construction compliance.

Stoicescu is a recognized leader of Langan’s PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) team, specializing in addressing PFAS contamination within the aviation industry. His leadership in PFAS technology and remediation has been instrumental in advancing effective practices tailored to the unique challenges of remediation of phase-impacted soil and groundwater impacts. He has also been instrumental in developing many innovative strategies to effectively deal with cleaning and revising existing AFFF systems impacted with PFAS.
