Jewel Chadd is a licensed surveyor in Texas with more than 20 years of experience overseeing and managing projects for public and private clients, including K-12, airports, radio towers, utilities, industrial, and quick-service restaurants. 

Chadd’s expertise includes platting, zoning descriptions, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, topographic and route surveys, municipal boundaries, horizontal and vertical control monuments, floodway monumentation, and FEMA flood studies.
