Principal
Kevin Webb has nearly 30 years of experience in engineering for the development of commercial and office facilities, residential developments, senior housing, institutional facilities, hospitals and schools. He provides design, permitting, and construction administration of development projects for private clients.
Webb is responsible for pre-design site analyses, due diligence investigations, conceptual planning and site layout design. He also specializes in horizontal layouts, roadway design and grading, sanitary sewer systems, storm sewer systems, and stormwater management systems. Webb has provided expert witness testimony before planning and zoning boards throughout New Jersey and represented clients before local, county, regional and state regulatory agencies.
