Associate Principal

Paul McMahon is an environmental practice leader in Langan’s New York City office with more than 15 years of experience in transactional due diligence and brownfield remediation. He has managed projects under the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Brownfield Cleanup Program, Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP), and Spill Program, as well as New York City Office of Environmental Remediation “E” Designated and VCP sites.   

McMahon’s expertise in investigation and remediation includes petroleum spills and emergency response, chlorinated solvent plumes, soil vapor intrusion mitigation, and manufactured gas plant sites. His project experience spans affordable and market-rate housing, commercial, infrastructure, and industrial developments.
