Associate Principal

Richard LoCastro has more than 30 years of experience in the environmental consulting field and has managed large scale, complex environmental projects throughout his career. He is a licensed professional geologist with expertise in hydrogeologic evaluations, contaminant fate and transport analyses, analysis and design of aquifer tests, DNAPL investigations, fractured bedrock investigations, environmental due diligence assessments, vapor intrusion investigations and mitigation, thermal remediation, remedial alternative evaluations, RCRA Corrective Action, and NJ’s Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA). His responsibilities focus largely on the management of environmental projects for private sector clients.
