Ryan Manderbach, CHMM
Associate Principal
Ryan Manderbach is an environmental practice leader in Langan’s New York City office with experience spanning from Brownfield cleanup and redevelopment to environmental site assessments and soil vapor intrusion investigations. He regularly implements a collaborative approach with public and private developers to solve environmental challenges during construction and redevelopment. Throughout his career, he has devoted his expertise and creativity to several of NYC’s highest profile projects including the eight-acre Waterline Square megaproject, American Copper Buildings, and the Columbia University Manhattanville redevelopment.
Manderbach plays an active role on New York Building Congress’ Young Professionals Committee and is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager. He also dedicates time to supporting his community by participating in events for the Ronald McDonald House and Robin Hood Foundation.
