Sean Damon has more than 20 years of experience directing environmental due diligence, as well as complex site characterization and remediation projects under various state and federal programs throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. His diverse experience includes ASTM/AAI compliant Phase I and Phase II property assessments, regulatory strategy and compliance planning, risk-based site characterization, brownfield redevelopment, underground storage tank system removal and closure, and facility decommissioning. He advises clients on a multitude of important environmental issues.

Damon has served as a developer and trainer for Langan’s internal training programs regarding both Pennsylvania’s Act 2 Program and New Jersey’s Site Remediation Program.
