Vicki Delligatti plays a pivotal role in driving growth at Langan by recruiting top talent and enhancing the firm’s workforce. As a key member of Langan’s human resources department, she collaborates with leadership and oversees employee lifecycle programs for the entire firm. Delligatti has helped Langan develop various processes related to staffing and retention, including those focused on performance management, employee relations, training and development, and policy and procedure administration.
