Andrew Chun and Kristen Roslund Named NJBIZ Leaders in Real Estate, Construction, and Design

Andrew Chun, CHMM, and Kristen Roslund, PE, were named 2023 Leaders in Real Estate, Construction, and Design by NJBIZ. This annual award celebrates individuals and companies involved in advancing New Jersey’s commercial real estate landscape through development, design, construction, and project management.

Based out of Langan’s Princeton office, Chun is a Senior Project Manager focused on providing sustainable solutions to revitalize blighted properties and help create socioeconomic change. His expertise includes working with environmentally contaminated sites and leading a streamlined project process that integrates multiple disciplines. Throughout his career, Chun has successfully transformed underutilized properties into state-of-the-art facilities for K-12 education, cancer treatment, and technological innovation.

Roslund is a Senior Project Engineer at Langan’s Parsippany headquarters. She provides site/civil services for large-scale warehouses and fulfillment centers across New Jersey. Throughout her 10 years at the firm, Roslund has established herself as the go-to engineer for complex industrial developments and has worked on nearly 40 warehouse projects for many of the industry’s top developers. Her project experience includes the Goya Foods Headquarters in Jersey City, FedEx Warehouse in North Arlington, and the award-winning Monroe 8A Logistics Center in Monroe.
