National Cultural Resources Expert Heather McDaniel McDevitt Joins Langan

Langan now offers clients comprehensive cultural resource management services with the addition of Heather McDaniel McDevitt, RPA, Associate, based in the firm’s Santa Barbara office. McDevitt joins Langan to lead the national cultural resources management practice, bringing nearly 20 years of international experience. She specializes in providing private and public-sector clients with a solution-based approach, backed by her extensive experience in cultural assessment, evaluation and compliance; CEQA and NEPA regulatory analysis, documentation and compliance; tribal consultation and engagement; permitting acquisition and compliance; and interagency coordination. McDevitt’s technical expertise ranges from faunal analysis and human osteology to GIS and ground penetrating radar systems, paired with substantial knowledge and practical application of state and federal regulations.
