Four Langan Projects Recognized by ENR New York

ENR New York announced its regional Best Projects winners for 2025, awarding 25 projects across 16 categories. Four Langan projects were recognized—one with a Best Project award and three with Awards of Merit:

  • Terminal Warehouse: Renovation/Restoration, Best Project
  • New York Blood Center Enterprises, Consolidated Facility Rye Campus: Renovation/Restoration, Award of Merit
  • Gansevoort Peninsula: Landscape/Urban Development, Award of Merit
  • 760 Madison Avenue: Residential/Hospitality, Award of Merit

The judges evaluated and scored submissions based on the project team’s ability to overcome challenges, prioritize safety, contribute to the industry and community, and the project’s overall construction/design quality.

Award winners will be recognized during the ENR New York Best Projects event at Edison Ballroom on Thursday, November 20.
