Four Langan Projects Recognized by ULI Northern New Jersey

Urban Land Institute (ULI) Northern New Jersey recognized four Langan projects as 2024 Excellence Awards winners:

  • Barclay Place Apartments: Affordable Housing – Winner
  • Bell Works: Long-Term Adaptive Reuse – Winner
  • HUMC Helena Theurer Pavilion: Healthcare/Medical – Winner
  • M Station at Morristown: NJ Development Project of the Year

The projects were scored on innovation, enhancement of the built environment, contribution to the current and future needs of the surrounding community, and alignment with ULI’s overall mission.
