The Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center is the only Level One trauma center serving 1.5 million people in San Francisco and northern San Mateo County. Langan performed seismic engineering and a geologic and geotechnical investigation for the project.

ASCE SAN FRANCISCO RECOGNIZES TWO LANGAN PROJECTS

American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) San Francisco Section 2016 Awards program recognized two Langan projects – San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) Expansion was selected as the geotechnical project of the year and Battery East Vista and Bay Trail as the parks and recreation project of the year. The ASCE Awards recognize the commendable achievements and remarkable accomplishments in the civil engineering profession.
