Langan officially joined Nuvolo’s Services Partner Community, expanding its built environment technology services for clients. This collaboration enables Langan to offer a comprehensive range of real estate, lease, and space management technology services and better support facility and workplace operations.
Founded in 2013, Nuvolo is a comprehensive Integrated Workplace Management System (or IWMS) solution built on the robust ServiceNow platform. Nuvolo has quickly established itself as a market leader, leveraging ServiceNow’s flexible and widely used system to enable clients to share data and connect across departments. The company was acquired by Trane Technologies in 2023, leading to significant growth, integration with Trane’s innovative platforms, and a renewed focus on sustainability features.
