Langan Named a Best Place to Work in Chicago

The Chicago Sun-Times named Langan one of Chicago’s Best Workplaces for 2025, coming in at #3 in the large firms category (with more than 250 employees).
The annual awards program—a collaboration between the Chicago Sun-Times and Best Companies Group—collects information from Chicago Region employees through a confidential survey. Rankings are determined based on survey responses and each firm’s workplace policies, practices, programs, and benefits.
Langan opened a Chicago office in 2021 to lead the firm’s expansion in the Midwest. Since then, the office has expanded to over 40 employees and has supported additional office openings in Indianapolis and Milwaukee.
