NJBIZ Names Langan a Best Place to Work in New Jersey for 2025

NJBIZ published its list of Best Places to Work in New Jersey for 2025, naming Langan one of the large employer honorees. The annual awards program recognizes firms across three categories: small (15-49 employees), medium (50-249 employees), and large (more than 250 employees).
Firms are chosen based on the results of a confidential employee survey covering culture, benefits, training, development, and overall engagement, and an employer questionnaire focused on company policies, practices, and demographics. Best Companies Group partners with NJBIZ to conduct the confidential survey and collect employer information.
NJBIZ revealed the complete 2025 firm rankings during its Best Places to Work awards ceremony on Thursday, September 25, at iPlay America in Freehold.
