Based in Langan’s Doylestown office, Vigilante is responsible for the QA/QC on all projects prepared by the Pennsylvania traffic engineering staff and highway/roadway projects throughout the firm. She has over 25 years of experience working on major roadways in the Northeast and creating traffic plans for stadium, retail, commercial, residential, industrial, and healthcare developments. Vigilante’s expertise includes traffic engineering, parking, highway/roadway design, ADA and transportation planning, wayfinding, and navigating state permitting processes.
