Nicholls Joins Gowanus Canal Conservancy Board of Directors

Nicholls is an Associate Principal at Langan with over 20 years of experience working on challenging projects across New York and New Jersey. His expertise includes remediation and site investigations, litigation support, brownfield cleanups, remedial design, and industrial hygiene services. Nicholls plays a crucial role in leading dozens of projects for Langan along the Gowanus Canal waterfront and surrounding area.
Founded in 2006, the Gowanus Canal Conservancy serves as the neighborhood’s environmental steward. The organization leads grassroots volunteer projects, educates visitors on environmental issues, and works with agencies, elected officials, and community members to advocate for—and build—innovative green infrastructure around the Gowanus Canal.
