Nicole Rice and Patrick Farnham Named ENR Top Young Professionals

Nicole Rice and Patrick Farnham were recognized as 2023 Top Young Professionals by ENR Mid-Atlantic and ENR New York, respectively. These annual awards programs honor 20 rising leaders from each region, judged on their professional portfolios and contributions to their communities.

Rice is a Senior Project Manager in Langan’s Pittsburgh office. She has experience managing environmental remediation and redevelopment projects from pre-development due diligence and the remediation/construction phase to long-term operation of remedial systems and engineering controls. Rice has worked on many landmark projects in the Pittsburgh region throughout her career, including Glasshouse, a five-story residential mixed-use building on a previously environmentally sensitive site.

Based in Langan’s New York City office, Farnham is a Senior Project Manager with experience in environmental, civil, and biological engineering. His expertise includes environmental quality engineering, soil and water remediation, solid waste engineering, hydrology, physical/chemical processes in wastewater treatment, and water and landscape engineering. Throughout his career, Farnham has managed some of New York City’s most challenging development projects, including the Eastern Rail Yards portion of Hudson Yards.
