Jason Goff Named Outstanding Young Engineer in Southern California

The Orange County Engineering Council (OCEC) recognized Langan Project Engineer Jason Goff, PE with a 2019 Outstanding Young Engineer Award at their annual awards gala held this month. This event recognizes the best of the best in engineering in Southern California by acknowledging the most outstanding local engineers, scientists, educators, students, and projects of the year.

Goff has worked on major projects throughout California and nationwide, including Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles and Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. He specializes in geotechnical and earthquake engineering, including deep excavation support, settlement analyses, lateral response of pile foundations, and seismic hazard analyses. Outside of Langan, he is actively involved in numerous local and national organizations, including American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Deep Foundations Institute (DFI), and Engineers Without Borders (EWB).
