Local Law 55: Indoor Allergen Hazards Enforcement Begins

Property owners, managers, facilities and maintenance personnel, architects, engineers, and all others involved in the management and maintenance of a New York City property, including multi-dwelling units, are now required to comply with Local Law No. 55, which went into effect on January 18, 2019.
