Across the country, NAIOP SoCal named Hesperia Commerce Center II its 2026 Industrial Build-to-Suit Development Project of the Year. This 2.5-million-SF e-commerce central hub is one of five in the United States and will serve as a logistics engine for the Southwest.
Farther north in San Francisco, CalGeo recognized Bayfront Park with an honorable mention in the Medium-Public Project category of its Outstanding Project Awards. The annual awards spotlight the best geotechnical projects in California, judged by a panel of industry peers.
