Langan Named 2019 Hero of the Harbor by Waterfront Alliance

The Waterfront Alliance honored Langan on October 7th as a “2019 Hero of the Harbor,” which celebrates exceptional leaders who are helping to advance resilient, revitalized, and accessible coastlines.
