Andy Ciancia Named Notable in Real Estate by Crain’s New York Business

Crain’s New York Business recognized Andy Ciancia, Senior Consultant, as one of the 2021 Notable in Real Estate. The award honors individuals who have positively impacted the New York City real estate industry in a major way.
Throughout his five decades of experience, Ciancia has worked on some of New York’s most notable projects, including One Vanderbilt, Columbia University’s Manhattanville Campus, Penn Station Redevelopment, and Cornell University’s Tech Campus on Roosevelt Island. Additionally, he has provided consulting services for the city’s Landmarks Preservation Commission since 1980 and has helped update three versions of the Building Code for NYC Department of Buildings.
