The Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA) recognized the A&WMA Mid-Atlantic States Section with the Minasian Award for superior performance in 2017. Langan Senior Project Manager Laura Miner, QEP, currently serves as Mid-Atlantic Section Chair and has been a key board member in advancing and growing the Section. This year only one Section was selected for the Minasian recognition, which was evaluated based on programs; networking and professional education; leader development; membership and vitality; communications and outreach; and support of A&WMA.
