Temple Project Takes Top LA Prize

The Pennsylvania-Delaware American Society of Landscape Architects recognized Temple University’s Aramark Student Training and Recreation Complex (STAR) with a Merit Award for General Design.
Langan provided landscape architecture, as well as civil engineering and survey services to facilitate the development of the STAR facility on a 95,000-SF site within Temple University’s main campus. The LEED Silver building houses an enclosed 60-yard football practice field, recreational facilities, and classroom space for the College of Public Health. The site includes a neighborhood recreational track, green stormwater infrastructure and a landscaped entry plaza.
