Langan provided environmental engineering services for the development of a new fitness center on a Federal National Priority List (NPL) site. The Langan team prepared a site mitigation plan (SMP) of environmental mitigation measures during earthwork and construction, designed a vapor mitigation system (VMS) to mitigate potential vapor intrusion risks, and provided construction observation for SMP compliance and for installation of the VMS.
