Designed for climate resiliency, decarbonization, and wellness, the fully electric, zero-carbon building features indoor and outdoor collaboration spaces, a lobby café, and bicycle storage. The development is targeting LEED Platinum, WELL Core, Energy Star 85+, Fitwel, and WiredScore Platinum certifications. Langan provided integrated geotechnical, civil, environmental, traffic, and survey services, supporting foundation and excavation design, site and infrastructure planning, permitting, environmental approvals, and construction-phase monitoring and inspections.
