Langan provided multiple engineering and survey services for this mixed-use tower located at the intersection of the Gramercy and Union Square Park neighborhoods. This 24-story cantilevered tower, which sits atop an expansion of the neighboring Xavier High School, includes 55 residences on the upper floors. The seventh floor provides residential amenities, which include a lounge, fitness center, children’s playroom, deeded wine storage, and a dining room. This project is anticipated to receive LEED Silver certification.
