This 32-story residential tower consists of 363 residential units, approximately half of which are affordable housing, and is located adjacent to Barclays Center. Langan performed a three-dimensional finite element method analysis for the proposed foundation system, which provided the design team with updated estimates of total and differential settlements of the structure. In addition, we estimated settlements for the adjacent Barclays Center arena and New York City Transit subway tunnels adjacent to the site. Our geotechnical engineers teamed with the architect, structural engineer and construction manager to develop the final foundation system, and special foundation details.
