50–58 Cliff Street is a 100% affordable housing development featuring a 24-story residential tower with 120 rental units and approximately 6,100 SF of space. Langan is providing environmental, site/civil, and geotechnical services. Our environmental team supported due diligence efforts with a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Phase II Environmental Site Investigation. We are providing full site/civil engineering services from schematic design through construction, including the development of grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility connection strategies. Our geotechnical engineering scope includes supporting foundation design and excavation within a complex urban environment.
