50-58 Cliff Street

Designed for Passive House Certification, 50–58 Cliff Street is a 24-story, 100% affordable housing development in Manhattan’s Financial District with 120 rental units, an outdoor terrace, and community amenity spaces. Langan provided a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and a Phase II Environmental Site Investigation, delivered grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility connection strategies, and supported the foundation design and excavation within a complex urban environment.
