50 Hudson Yards

50 Hudson Yards in a 77-story, 1,011-foot-tall mixed-use tower with 2.9 million SF of office space. The building occupies one full block between 33rd and 34th Streets and provides direct access to the No. 7 subway. Langan prepared a Builders Pavement Plan for improvements on all four frontages of the building, provided a topographic and boundary survey, and coordinated with several city agencies. We also guided the project’s enrollment in the New York City Voluntary Cleanup Program, prepared a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, and performed a remedial investigation to evaluate the extent of potential environmental concerns.
