600 7th Street

600 7th Street is a seven-story affordable housing development with 200 residential units, two courtyards, and community rooms. Langan performed a design-level geotechnical investigation, seismic studies, a Phase 2 Environmental Assessment, and Site Mitigation Plan for the project. We are also providing geotechnical and environmental services during construction. To mitigate lateral spreading and liquefaction potential, the building will be supported on torqued-in-place pipe piles and the fill will be improved.
