Home to the Walt Disney Company's NYC headquarters, 7 Hudson Square is a 1.2 million SF, 22-story building housing more than 5,000 employees. The building hosts collaborate spaces, offices, production, newsrooms, a theater, a reading room, and numerous outdoor terraces. Live production studios are located below-grade in an environment that is isolated from exterior sounds and vibrations. Langan conducted geotechnical and environmental investigations, site surveys, hazmat sampling and testing, and construction inspections and monitoring. We also provided support of excavation design for a 50 FT excavation adjacent to tunnels and other critical infrastructure.
