760 Madison Avenue

760 Madison Avenue is a 12-story, 91,179 SF mixed-use building in Manhattan’s Lenox Hill neighborhood, featuring ten condominium units and a 19,387 SF Giorgio Armani flagship boutique. Located in the Upper East Side Historic District, the project required Landmarks Preservation Commission review and approval. Langan provided geotechnical, surveying, and site/civil engineering services, including foundation and support-of-excavation coordination, design of a secant pile wall for below-ground levels, site layout, grading, stormwater management, and construction administration with submittal review and RFI responses.
