Riverdale Crossing
OVERVIEW
Riverdale Crossing is a 266,000-SF Walmart-anchored shopping center located in northern New Jersey. Numerous site constraints and conflicts were overcome to turn the otherwise "undevelopable" land into a viable commercial property. Site constraints included topographic relief of over 200-feet across the property. Langan’s multi-discipline project team creatively conceived a conceptual site layout to address and overcome each of the site constraints and provide the owner with development options.
