AbbVie Bioresearch Center Expansion

Langan is providing site/civil, geotechnical, survey, and landscape architecture services for the expansion of AbbVie’s bioresearch center. The project includes a three-story, 55,000-SF building with a warehouse, a cafeteria, and space for future expansions. Our team prepared conceptual site plans, permitting and landscape designs, outdoor dining and seating areas, boundary and topographic surveys, utility investigations, and geotechnical explorations to support site development and stormwater management design.
