Address Sky View

Address Sky View is a supertall structure located between Emaar Square and the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station. The development consists of two towers approximately 240 meters tall, linked by the three-floor, floating Sky Bridge. The towers include apartments, hotel rooms, and shared basement levels for utilities and parking. Langan helped the structural engineer obtain Dubai Municipality approval for the foundation design within an expedited time frame. We performed a 3D finite element analysis to evaluate the foundation’s performance and adequacy and coordinated with the structural team to properly incorporate foundation flexibility into their design.
