Alta 99th Avenue Apartments consists of 13 three-story residential buildings, along with an amenity building, pool area, dog park, sand volleyball court, and pickleball court. Langan’s scope included an engineered site plan and plans for grading and drainage, private utilities, fire hydrants, stormwater management, offsite paving, and signage and striping. We coordinated with the City of Phoenix regarding the Master Streets Plan and the Algodon Planned Unit Development, and the Salt River Project to relocate abandoned irrigation infrastructure.
