ArtHaus Ocean

Langan is delivering geotechnical and environmental services for ArtHaus Ocean, a 62,000-SF, six-story mixed-use development with 225 residential units (including 40 affordable housing units). Our geotechnical work included analyses during due diligence, followed by subsurface investigation and recommendations to address shallow groundwater, liquefiable soils, and settlement—proposing ground improvement or deep foundations. On the environmental side, we prepared a soil management plan and sampled soil, vapor, and groundwater.
