Langan is providing site/civil engineering services for a duplex residential development for Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver, within the City and County of Denver. The project will consist of four separate residential buildings, providing a total of 8 residential units, and off-site improvements, including the rerouting of a public storm sewer swale, roadway improvements, and water main extension. We are assisting in the design development process, addressing issues such as layout, grading, drainage, stormwater, utility connections and utility relocations. Additionally, we are preparing and leading the permitting effort associated with the SSPR-Public Storm Sewer (SSPR), Transportation Engineering Plan (TEP), and Sewer Use Drainage Permit (SUDP) through the City and County of Denver.
